Tiny country roads snake their way through the green countryside in the Swabian Barock-Winkel. Just behind the picturesque town of Günzburg with its beautiful patrician houses, you pass the sign for the market town of Offingen. The bulldogs are roaming around the petrol station - where else would you meet. The farmers are standing around in their boiler suits just in front of it, talking excitedly. "What you want fur't know? Tha' lot wi' their truffles? They're ova' there, an't left."
Of course, everyone knows about truffles in Offingen. Marvellous tubers with an indescribable flavour.
Truffle butter has been produced here since 2008 - butter that's beyond anything you've ever known.
Golden-yellow creamy butter envelopes intensively fragrant truffles. But not just any truffles are used. A particular mixture is important for producing a very particular flavour. And lot of truffles must be in there. Not just a few tiny bread-crumb sized truffles that you can hardly find when you churn the butter. No, a wealth of truffles.

They both left their old businesses to make what they had long dreamed about into a reality.
Truffle gourmet that really does taste like fine food! It ought to be really sustainable, traditional and hand crafted. The fact that the truffles in our delicacies don't come from Germany doesn't contradict our philosophy.
The truffles are sorted by hand, whether black or white, in summer or winter, and are used to create this dark and glossy delicious mixture with such a strong aroma that you can smell it out on the street. And that is exactly why everything tastes so good, that is, the butter, salami, liver pâté and our selection of cheeses.
Since tradition and crafting products by hand are so important, so worth holding onto, each product is only produced by people who are our closest friends and who share the same ideals.
The most important ingredient - the distinctive truffle mixture - is distributed to small businesses who have committed themselves to only making the best quality products with it. The recipes are developed together between those whose speciality is truffles and those who can make the perfect cheese or sausage.
Everybody knows each other and knows what the others are capable of after having searched for the best for so long.
